How do I install 1Chat AI?
Install from the Chrome Web Store. Once installed, go to web.whatsapp.com and the extension activates automatically.
Is translation free?
Yes! Translation in 200+ languages is completely free and works without any API key or license.
What features require a license?
AI Smart Reply, AI Compose, and Voice Transcription require an active license. Translation is always free.
How do I set up AI replies?
Click the 1Chat extension icon → select an AI provider → enter your API key → choose a model → save. Groq offers free API keys at console.groq.com.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes. Starter supports 1 device, Pro Lifetime supports up to 3, Business supports up to 10.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All settings and API keys are stored locally in your browser. We never collect or store your conversations. See our Privacy Policy.
I lost my license key
Email support@evirtux.com with your purchase email and we'll resend your key.
Can I get a refund?
Before activation: full refund within 7 days. After activation: refund within 72 hours. After 72 hours of activation, no refunds. Contact support@evirtux.com. See full Terms of Service.
